Lauren joined Five Oaks Academy in 2010 and began teaching in 2008. She serves as a Lower Elementary Directress in Lower Elementary I. She attended Lander University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Primary Montessori. She has earned a Master’s of Elementary Education from Lander University and both her 3-6 AMS Certification and 6-9 AMS Certification from Lander University. Lauren previously taught at E.P. Todd Elementary and has served as a troop leader for Girl Scouts at Camp Wabak.  Lauren is affiliated with South Carolina Montessori Alliance (SCMA) and the American Montessori Society (AMS).
